Shaving and Flowers

Let's see.. What has been going on in the Christensen household. Not really to much actually. Matt came up this past weekend to visit while Sheri and Jason were visiting his family. It was fun to have Matt up and visit. Travis and Matt spent a lot of time playing the Kinect for Xbox 360 playing volleyball, archery, adventures, paint ball and some other sports games. None of the guys wanted to play my dance central game. Oh well, I survived. Elena loves doing what we do. When Travis is walking around the house counting outlets or doing something Elena will follow behind him and copy him. It's really cute to watch. Well Travis was shaving the other day and Elena wanted to do it also. Travis put some shaving cream on her and started "shaving" her face. It was really cute.

The other day we went to the Conservation Gardens in West Jordan to have a little family outting and enjoy the sunshine and the nice warm weather. It was fun, not as large as the website made it out to be, but still fun none the less. Elena got to smell the flowers and run around.

Later this week I'll have to post pictures of our trip to the zoo. Saturday 21st May is Military appreciation day at the Hogle Zoo in Salt Lake City. Since Travis is a Veteran the 3 of us get in free for the day. So off we go to the zoo. It will be a lot of fun since Elena loves Animals and has never been to the zoo, and Travis and I haven't been to the zoo in probably about 5 years.
